A LITTLE bit about me

A dedicated physiotherapist with 10 years of experience, I graduated from King's College London with a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy in 2015.

Throughout my early career, I worked with NHS and Private Musculoskeletal clients. Post completing a Master's in Sports Medicine, Exercise, and Health at UCL, I took the leap into professional sport, working with elite athletes, from academy to senior level at Harlequins Rugby, Rangers Women, Edinburgh Rugby as well as Scotland Rugby U20s. More recently, I was at the Rugby World Cup 2025 with Scotland Women.

My experience in professional sports has equipped me with the specialised knowledge and skills necessary to optimise athletic performance and manage complex injuries, with a personalised focus on each patient's unique needs.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about staying active and healthy. I recently discovered a love for surfing and have also enjoy long distance running and CrossFit. My personal experiences with injuries as an athlete help me connect with my patients and understand their unique challenges and goals!
